• We will acknowledge receipt
• We will telephone you to discuss your wishes and needs
• We will prepare your Will
• We will post the Will to you for signatures
• You will post the Will back to us for checking and secure storage
• We will post a copy Will to you
• We will advise you and your Executors of the I.D reference number and a specific probate action line telephone number
• We will store your Will in a safe and secure facility
• We will insure your Will for the replacement cost against theft, fire and flooding
• We will only release the original Will to the family or Executors of the deceased on production of the original death certificate of the testator and proof of I.D. The documents will be sent by special delivery within 3 working days and will include an Executor helpline number.
