Updating your Will

They leave all their financial and family decisions to be made by the Courts and Government.

By making your Will, you have instructed your Executors/ Trustees of your wishes in respect to the disposal of your property, assets and monies and importantly directions with respect to the Guardianship of your children.

You have taken the sensible step of writing your Will.

Therefore: Update as Necessary


  • Your status changes: You marry, divorce, ‘co-habit’
  • Your immediate family has additions!
  • You need or wish to appoint guardians for you children
  • You need or wish to change the Executors/Trustees of your Will
  • You wish to change the instructions in your Will
  • Review your Will at least every 5 years
